Hi everyone! We're Megan & Taylor Hockett, owners and founders of Checkered Threads, LLC. We reside in a small Missouri town with our two kiddos, Teahen and Halle, and three fur babies, Henry, Smoke and Sora. We met through our families back in 2010 the rest is history!

We both grew up at the race track either watching Sprint cars or racing at the local BMX and MX track our weekends were always filled with family and fun.

 Checkered Threads was formed in 2024 off of the passion for being crafty and the love of racing. Taylor and Teahen started competing at local tracks and we quickly found a need for affordable Racing Merch!

Our favorite part of this business creating something unique that truly fits the personality of the customer. We love the connections we get to form along the way.

We are truly a family business that does it all together; Henry too :)
