Hi everyone! We're Megan & Taylor Hockett, owners and founders of Checkered Threads, LLC. We reside in a small Missouri town with our two kiddos, Teahen and Halle, and three fur babies, Henry, Smoke and Sora. We met through our families back in 2010 the rest is history! We are and have always been a team in everything we do.

Speaking of being a team- Checkered Threads was formed off of the passion for being crafty and the love of racing. You see, we are all huge race fans, and racers ourselves! Checkered Threads Racing was formed as Taylor and Teahen have both started racing Motocross (again), and man we love it. We call ourselves the professional road trippers because we are always on trip to a some kind of race track somewhere in the midwest.

Our favorite part of this business creating something unique that truly fits the personality of the customer. We love the connections we get to form along the way.
